Bringing the Community Together
Integrative Enneagram Solutions services and accredits coaches and organizational development professionals worldwide. We have a dynamic community of more than 4,000 trained IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram practitioners who are independent, corporate and non-profit operating in 15 countries. Our vision is to develop, lead and inspire an Enneagram learning community of choice.

We are committed to the continued support, development and shared learning of our community. To this end, we convene regional Community of Practice groups, collaborating with local partners for ongoing support, community building efforts and training of our accredited members.

Our Community of Practice remains connected and served through a variety of channels and initiatives:
Regional Community of Practice Meetings (Quarterly)
Members of a Community of Practice are, first and foremost, practitioners. They support each other in developing shared stories, practices, experiences, and ways to overcome common challenges. These Community Practice Meetings bring our regional community together around an important topic or guest speaker. To provide broad access to experts from around the world, speakers can be physically present or participate virtually via Skype. It provides a platform for in-depth examination of our issues and common needs, collective learning, knowledge sharing, generating new insights and knowledge, and building a community of support. Please feel free to contact us for information about communities in your area.
Social Media
The Integrative community actively uses social media to connect, share and discuss the benefits and evolution of our work. We invite all interested community members to follow and actively participate in these online discussions. We appreciate and enjoy shared wisdom, resources, and questions. Our regional groups also use common Facebook pages to organize themselves, communicate and connect.
Learning Groups
Learning Groups are small groups of five to nine iEQ9 trained individuals who embark on a supportive learning journey together over time. Their meetings focus on coaching circles and 'group-guided individual inquiry for personal development', sharing experiences and challenges in using the Enneagram and iEQ9. In these groups, both newly accredited and experienced practitioners have the opportunity to be authentically present, receive personal mentoring and coaching, as well as the chance to share their talents with others. The integrative organization asks, “How does anger manifest in your life and ennea type?” Starts sessions with opening questions or topics such as , and groups build on these to explore the conversations that matter most to them. These sessions provide the opportunity to practice and try out new coaching techniques, questions, and concerns in a safe environment.
Peer Coaching
As practitioners and coaches, we often spend our time and energy coaching others but struggle to find opportunities to be coached ourselves. Our peer coaching system is an opportunity to both receive coaching and coach another community member, as well as receive candid feedback on your influences and skills. A pair of community members agree to coach each other over a period of months in a reciprocal relationship where participation is key to receiving. By experimenting with different and stimulating pairings, we continually learn about the benefits of different perspectives and coaching techniques.
